Our Services

Mouting Plate

VRI provides specialized workforce and automated equipment for the assembly of boards and electronic products. We work with assemblies: PTH (through hole) – the conventional assembly of printed circuit boards, with manual insertion of components and welding in automatic equipment with double wave of plater, which provides excellent finishing and low incidence of rework. The components are inserted following the guidelines and assembly documentation of the client. SMT – Assembly performed automatically by Pick & Place Machines Inserters or placements through semi-automatic. We assemble components with technology: Fine pitch 12 mils, 1206.0805, 0603, 0204, BGA, QFP, TQFP, SOIC, Melts, Flip Chip, Conectors. We work with the application of solder or glue to the double-sided boards assembly using reflow oven with 10 automatic welding areas and profiles adaptable to each type of solder used, including lead-free. VRI keeps an assembly line (both of the processes) that meets the legislation and RoHs guidelines (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), also known as the “law of unleaded.”

To ensure the complete functionality of processed products, VRI performs functional testing with Test jigs or simulators provided by the customer or developed in partnership with VRI.

Burn-in

VRI maintain in its facilities all the infrastructure for assembly of a sort of printed circuit boards to ensure the quality of the final product, it´s necessary a variety of test equipment, including “Burn-in”, where we force the physical stress of the board or equipment to be tested. In this test the product is submitted to a simulation of its operation under varying temperature conditions (in accordance with the test specification of the product), anticipating and avoiding problems that the product may present in the field.

Conformal Coating

It is the application of a protective layer, very thin and transparent, which aims to protect the electronics circuit from harsh environments, such as moisture, salt or dust, thus preventing corrosion or other damages.

Prototyping

Prototyping is the prime and most important step in the process of product realization. The prototyping ensures compliance and the specification of the product before starting the production. VRI offers assembly and manufacturing analysis, which includes details and comments during the process and the final recommendations for each prototype, where customers will be able to use these informations as feedback to improve the manufacturing of their product.
